Fractional Ownership Property in Italy

Realpoint Property directors John Dillon and Eddy Crompton recently spent a long week visiting Fractional Ownership developments in Italy. The mission was to evaluate the products for their marketing campaign of Fractional Property in Italy.

“We were very impressed with the attention to detail and the quality of the developments and also the people working in the business” commented John Dillon. The developments vary significantly, which is seen as a positive aspect – there will be a Fractional offering to suit everyone.

Most of the Fractional Property is in Tuscany – understandably as this is still the most popular region of Italy. However, Realpoint are discussing the opportunity to promote a wonderful development in Umbria which is already popular with buyers and is in the last stages of completion. “This development is unique and one of the most impressive projects I have seen in the last decade” commented John Dillon, “it is important that we can offer a variety of options to our clients in different regions of Italy – as long as they are of the highest quality”.

Italy, along with much of Europe, is embracing Fractional Ownership property. Developers see this as a new alternative to the traditional model of build & sell, and also find that there is much more interest from buyers because of the additional services provided which are so important for Fractional Ownership to be successful.
